Combat 18: One of Many Neo-Nazi Groups Reaching World-Wide

One of the most violent neo-Nazi groups in Europe, and extending around the world, is Combat 18.  Founded in 1992 by Charlie Sargent, recently released from a long jail sentence for abetting in the murder of a fellow-combat member.

At first a group of young thugs acting as security for the right-wing British National Party, Combat 18, now reject electoral politics as a way for neo-Nazis to take over nations in the 21st century.

The group’s name is derived from Adolph Hitler’s initials, AH, the first and eighth letters of the alphabet.  Their logo, ‘Totenkopf,’ known as the dead-head (dead man’s) skull and bones imagery, is from Hitler’s 3rd SS Panzer Division. defines Combat 18 as: “A somewhat less prestigious, more violence-focused British equivalent to the ku klux klan. Combat 18 (or C18) is a British neo-Nazi terrorist organization formed in 1992 after meetings between British National Party and football hooligans such as the “Chelsea Headhunters,” by the fascist group Blood & Honour.”

Various people voice the opinion that Combat 18 is actually the brain-child of the British Secret Service.  In ‘Turning Up the Heat:  MI5 After The Cold War,” Larry O’Hare posits that this British Secret Service Agency wanted as many rebel groups as possible to be under one umbrella so they could be better monitored.

In fact, accusations that he was indeed a plant for Scotland Yard, is what led the confrontation between Sargent, Chris Castle, Wilf Browning, and Martin Cross in which Cross killed Castle with a nine-inch knife.  Cross is imprisoned for life.

Considering Combat 18’s high level of violence––including murderous attacks against Muslims, Gypsies, Jews, and other non-white minorities––it is disturbing that it has moved beyond a few European cities.  The extent of their outreach includes:  the U.S., Russia, the United Kingdom, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Canada, Netherlands, Mexico, Portugal, etc.

The Anti-Defamation League says that at a minimum, Combat 18 has chapters in Illinois, Florida and Texas.  Under the internet address:, the Florida group calls itself ‘Supreme White Alliance Florida.’

Moreover, Combat 18 is closely allied with the Blood & Honor neo-Nazi groups, as well as Hammerheads, Volksfront, Southern Cross, White Devils, British Nationalist Party, White Wolves, Celtic Wolves,White Eagle neo-Nazis in Serbia, Ku Klux Klan, [Chelsea] Headhunters [aka the Blues Brothers], National Front, Northern Irish Loyalist, Ulster Defense Association, Black Skinheads, Taking Care of Business in Texas, etc.

Combat 18 is just one of many neo-Nazi organizations established throughout at least the Western world.  Moreover, these groups are loosely woven together through networks that could easily carryout simultaneous mayhem if ordered to do so.  Continuous attacks from similarily organized thugs is what brought Hitler to power in Germany and Mussolini in Italy.  Any plot in anti-Christian fiction easily weaves such a likelihood.

Still Skeptical About the Rise of Neo-Nazis in Europe and the U.S.?

Bible historical books illustrate watchmen who don’t warn their country of imminent danger:  “But if the watchman see the sword come . . . and the people be not warned; . . . his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand (Ezekiel 33: 6).”

Knowing the responsibility for warning readers about pending holocausts of WWIII, this blog joins other internet and print journalists––watchmen if you will––in Europe and the U.S. who are doing everything possible to warn the Western world that neo-Nazism is poised to take over armies and governments.

For those who are skeptical about increasing neo-Nazism in Europe, consider this recent word from the Balkans Chronicle:  “After 1989 [the fall of East Germany], the number of radical-Right offenses and crimes of violence increased dramatically.  Between 1999 and 2000 the number of racist and other far Right crimes rose by 59% to 16,000 in Germany, with violent crime accounting for more than 1,000 cases, including more than 30 brutal murders of foreigners.”

That Chronicle’s blog, ‘The Rise of Neo-Nazism in Europe,’ wrote “Could fascist politics in Europe be on the rise again?  Neo-nazism seems to be going increasingly global, with groups in different European countries and the U.S. building increasingly strong alliances.”

In addition to reminding readers of the unbelievable murders, bank robberies and mayhem that neo-Nazis have heaped upon Europe in recent decades, the Chronicle also lists their impressive political gains:

“Far-Right parties are currently in government in Italy and also sit in the parliaments of Austria, Bulgaria,Belgium, Finland, Italy  Denmark, Hungary, Latvia, Slovakia, and the Baltic countries, as well as in the European Parliament.”

Moreover, in his April, 2000 blog, “Neo-Nazi Terrorism,” David Michaels of Jewish Community Security Trust in London, writes of publications from neo-Nazi extremists in the United States that now fuel the new Nazi terror in Europe:

“This is exactly the strategy advocated by Louis Beam, William Pierce and other American far right ideologues––their calls for leaderless resistance and white revolution now dominate the neo-Nazi world.

“The idea that far right activists should go underground, acting alone or in small cells and strike out at their perceived enemies was the inspiration behind the formation of Combat 18 and the Oklahoma bombing.”

So neo-Nazis in the United States gave the pen, and their European counterparts weld the swords.  So what will world leaders do to forcefully stem the rising tide of neo-Nazi power?

Moreover, what will people in Europe and the United States who still have the power of the vote do with that power?  Will they keep flirting with neo-Nazism, and ‘masked’ neo-Nazi politicians, by voting for them?  Or will they start holding back the boot-stepping fascists as they march headlong into World War III?

Thankfully, Worlds Collide is not the only watchman yelling truth to its nation and the world, not only warning about the rise of neo-Nazis, but the dire harbinger that World War III is much closer than most people think!

Belgium: A Safe Haven for Neo-Nazi Fascists!

posted by Dr. Jael Ever @ 15:22 PM

Like the United States, Belgium has a severe problem with neo-Nazis serving in their armed forces.   A few years ago, Belgian police arrested a group of 17 neo-Nazis in Flanders, Antwerp and Limburg of whom 11 were in the military.

The police raid included 150 agents who searched five military barracks and 18 private homes in Flanders, from which they removed weapons, explosives, munitions and bomb-making materials.

According to Nicholas Watt of The Guardian, the well-armed Nazis “were said to be planning to destabilize the country’s institutions in a series of terrorist attacks.”  However that raid brought Belgium’s Blood, Land, Honor and Faithfulness neo-Nazi organization to national prominence.

Belgium’s federal prosecutor said of the 17:  “ . . . soldiers and people with an extreme right ideology who clearly express themselves through racism, xenophobia, Holocaust denial, anti-semitism and neo-Nazism.”

Nick Ryan writes that neo-Nazis under threat in Germany and the Netherlands flock to Belgium, which they consider to be a safe-haven for fascists.  Home of a strong right-wing party, Vlaams Belang, Belgium sent some 40,000 Jews to the gas chambers during World War II.

Wikipedia claims that this neo-Nazi group has planned to “infiltrate the state mechanisms,” since the 1970s.  But while Nazi groups were scheming underground to instill white-only racial-identity in Belgium, national officials sought to integrate Muslims into Belgium society.

As Dr. Arun Kundnani writes that official plan failed: “From the late 1990s, a policy of  ‘inburgering’  (making  citizens)  came  to  be  premised  on  the idea  that  immigrants  and  their  descendants,  irrespective of their actual citizenship status, needed to undergo a cultural transformation to acquire support for European values of gender equality, freedom of expression and secularism.”

Further, Belgium tried to find what they called ‘moderate Muslim’ partners who had embraced European values.  They even created ‘officially elected Muslim’ leaders.  But, through various public relations mishaps, insincere government manipulation, violent political murders, and the growth of the neo-Nazi underground connected to extreme-Right parties––the plan failed.

Always needing a specitic enemy to justify neo-Nazi violence, rather than anti-Semitism being the message,  neo-Nazis made counter-jihadism the message.  As right Wing politician Philip Michel Frans “Filip” Dewinter said:

“Islam is now the No. 1 enemy not only of Europe, but of the entire free world. After communism,  the  greatest  threat  to  the  West  is  radical  fundamentalist  Islam.  There  are  already  25–30  million  Muslims  on  Europe’s  soil  and  this  becomes  a  threat.  It’s  a  real  Trojan  horse.”

If anyone is left after World War III to record what led to earth’s worst horror, Belgium will provide the perfect cultural studies war history.  Job explains how such a small country could make such a big difference in world destruction:  “Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase (8:7).”

‘The Red and the Black:’ ‘Opposing’ Forces Combine to Destroy A Nation

posted by Dr. Jael Ever @ 9:12 AM

Perhaps no other European nation has lived through the violent tensions between Germany and Russia than Poland.  In both World Wars I and II, those two nations battled over who would rule the Polish people.  Even earlier, before Napoleon fought to reign in Poland, the nation shared rule with Lithuania.

A brief period after World War I, Poland was independent.  But when the next world war began again, Poland was under Russia’s divided rule, then when Germany reneged on its treaty with Russia, Germany declared war on Poland, and by marching across its borders, began World War II.  After that war, Russia again sub-divided Poland to redefine its ethnicity.

“The Red and the Black” is a 19th Century French novel about a man who is torn between two opposing forces as he tries to succeed in life.  By not deciding on one side or the other, he fails.  That novel serves as a metaphor for Poland.

Such a background of inter-ethnic identities makes it difficult to define or discuss neo-Nazis in Poland, or even Poland’s participation in, or resistance of, Germany’s death camps for Polish Jews.

In his book, ‘Poland’s Holocaust:  Ethnic Strife, Collaboration with Occupying Forces and Genocide in Second Republic 1918-1947,’  Tadeusz Piotrowski explored Polish people who betrayed Jews to Hitler.

Jessica Jager reviews Piotrowski’s work :  “The problem that was specific to Poland was that its population was not extremely homogeneous, as many European nations were at that time.  During the interwar years, over 30% of all Polish citizens belonged to ethnic minorities, and in many areas, national minorities actually constituted local majorities.”

Hitler murdered three million of the huge Jewish population in Poland.  But thousands more were saved because some brave non-Jewish Polish families sheltered them.  Today, Israel recognizes these Poles as “Righteous Gentiles.”

So why is Poland a hot-bed of neo-Nazism today?  Why did the skinhead movement start there?  Why do neo-Nazis persecute the few thousand Jews left?     Why are neo-Nazi political parties growing there? And why in November will neo-Nazis come to Poland from across Europe to celebrate Poland’s Independence Day carrying signs reading:  “Enough of Jewish occupation.”

It is all the schizophrenic raving of a relative prosperous country that:  1) Is torn asunder between its horrible pass and its possible future; 2) Belongs to the European Union led by Germany––a Union that is greatly resented by opposing Russia;  3) Cannot forgive itself, redefine itself, and make decisions not based on its past; and 4) Cannot decide between Biblical Christianity and heathen holocaust.

As historical Bible books explain:  “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways (James 1: 8).”  So what will Poland decide?

Europe’s Police Quandary: Trust Same-Race Identity, Accept Difference or ?

posted by Dr. Jael Ever @ 9:23 AM
September 4, 2012

Europe’s policing attention has solely stressed investigation of Muslim jihadist, to the neglect of far-Right extremists.  Law enforcement defined racially complementary extremists to be disorganized youthful thugs of no real threat.

Dr. Arun Kundnani, author of ‘The End of Tolerance: Racism in 21st Century Britain,’ explains:  “Unlike  jihadist  terrorism,  far‐Right violence  is  generally  not  seen  by  European  security  officials  as  a  strategic  threat,  only  as a public order  problem.”

He argues that:  “ . . . official  security  discourses  tend  to  hinder  efforts  to  counter  far‐Right  violence  and  can unwittingly provide opportunities for counter jihadist to advance their own narratives.”

Across Europe, there was––and continues to be––a great resistance among law enforcement to see far-right movements among European nationalists as a problem.  Perhaps because within the heart of many Europeans rests an innate fear of racial, cultural and religious differences living among them as equals.

Thus, the psychological mind-set in Europe was thrown completely off guard when Anders Behring Breivik carried out a terrorist attack that killed 77 of his fellow citizens––i.e. not Muslims––in Norway.

Kundnani also points out that when the Wall Street Journal went to press after the Breivik attack, it assumed that a Muslim was responsible because Norway’s policies were too liberal for the radical Muslim mind-set.

Is it not interesting that the culprit turned out to be a native Norwegian who had exactly the same mind-set?  Breivik killed 77 people because they belonged to a liberal party, and supported multiculturalism, including the rights of Muslims to live in their country.

Moreover, Breivik has no regrets over the murders he committed.   He insists the victims were  the enemies of Norway’s heritage, were ruining the country, and were enabling the ‘Islamic colonization of Europe.’

Obviously, police and federal law enforcement in Europe have a problem.  It can no longer be assumed that familiar racial identity means cultural and political agreement.  Nor does it mean safety from disruptive organized violence.

Likewise, Breivik––as well as the Islamic extremists who pulled down the World Trade Towers, and tried to bomb London out of existence––put the law and military in Western civilization on notice that public safety can no longer be based on traditional assumptions.

These acts also gave the world warning that the ultimate aim of both supposedly opposite enemy sides is to destabilize nations with confusion, fear, killings, riots and war––all attributes of evil (John 10: 10).   As any anti-Christian nonfiction work explores: what these extremists strive for is apocalyptic world-wide death and destruction––i.e. World War III.
